What We Do:
We provide persons with disabilities opportunities to be self advocates, make their own decisions regarding living arrangements, means of transportation, employment, social and recreational activities, as well as other aspects of everyday life.- Assist people with accessible housing issues
- Teach people to use technology equipment and software
- Partner with area businesses and other agencies to promote equal access through education and advocacy activities
- Explain how working will impact SSI or SSDI benefits
- Mentor in a peer to peer method
- Inform the public of important upcoming disability related events
